REFUND POLICY — Adnet Print

A legal disclaimer

The information provided in this Refund Policy is for general guidance and outlines how Adnet_Print handles refunds, returns, and order issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

Nature of Products

Adnet_Print provides customized and made-to-order printed products. Due to the personalized nature of these items, refunds and returns are limited.

Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before printing.

  • Once the design is approved and sent to production, no changes or cancellations can be made

  • Adnet_Print is not responsible for errors such as:

    • Spelling or grammar mistakes

    • Design/layout issues

    • Incorrect information provided by the customer

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before production begins
Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or reprints are only provided under the following conditions:

  • Product has manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product or specifications delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping

Adnet_Print may choose to reprint the order instead of issuing a refund

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer-approved design errors

  • Low-quality or incorrect files submitted by the customer

  • Minor color variations (screen vs printed result)

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

File & Print Quality Disclaimer

Customers must ensure submitted files meet quality standards:

  • Recommended resolution: 300 DPI

  • Preferred formats: PDF, PNG, AI, etc.

Adnet_Print is not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution or incorrect file formats.

Color Variation Notice

Printed colors may vary slightly from digital previews due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
Such variations are not considered defects.

Delivery & Shipping Issues

  • Delays caused by shipping providers are not eligible for refunds

  • If a product is received damaged, customers must report it within the specified time (see below)

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or reprint:

  • Notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Right to Refuse

Adnet_Print reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
