No. Once your design is approved and the order is sent to production, changes cannot be made.

Screen displays use RGB colors, while printing uses CMYK. This may cause slight color variations, which are normal and not considered defects.
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellation is not possible.
